Rotary District 5300 Disaster Relief

Our first Epic Day of Service will be held during the entire month of May. The program is a distinguished occasion dedicated to community engagement, during which various service initiatives organized by individual clubs receive both support and promotion from multiple clubs throughout the district and across the entire United States. The core mission of the Epic Day of Service is to foster unity among Rotary clubs and their community members in meaningful service activities and to amplify the incredible work of Rotary clubs that contributes positively to society. Additionally, the Epic Day event offers an inclusive online platform that enables clubs to showcase their projects, enhance the visibility of Rotary, and provide a valuable resource for media professionals and storytellers seeking narratives about local individuals and initiatives driving change.

The month of May typically marks a particularly active period for Rotary clubs within District 5300, featuring a diverse array of service projects  on the Epic Day itself and in the days that follow. Rotarians are truly remarkable individuals dedicated to service, often intertwining their philanthropic efforts with social activities and fundraising events. It could be said that the spirit of doing great things while enjoying ourselves is embedded in our very nature!
